Our words shape our reality, influence emotions, and connect us to others, whether they heal or harm, inspire or discourage. When I returned to Qilu Hospital in Qingdao last summer (2024), my exceptional surgeon doctor Wang, confirmed there was no change or regrowth, my brain was perfectly healthy. He now uses my case as an example of effective tumour removal. He knows about my months of preparation: affirming the best possible result with dynamic intention and faith, carefully choosing the surgery date, and visualising his hands as those of a skilled sculptor. I even showed him an image I'd drawn of my face, envisioning the perfect outcome. He didn't laugh. His support was pivotal.
