Emotional Readiness & Self-Responsibility This course is designed to be trauma-informed and supportive, not clinical therapy. • If you're in acute crisis or experiencing intense dysregulation, we recommend pairing this course with professional support. • You are always in control-pause, take breaks, or skip practices if needed.
