Description
This course contains the use of an artificial intelligence voice with Blaster Suite. This course provides a practical, structured introduction to product analysis and competitiveness in industrial and technology-driven enterprises. You will learn how to evaluate a product from multiple angles: technical performance, quality, usability, market position, and economic efficiency. We start with the fundamentals of product competitiveness in modern market economies: how production volume, sales volume, and product quality interact, and why a product's success depends on both internal efficiency and external demand. You will explore how to analyse production and sales dynamics, interpret growth rates, and detect problems such as unsold stock or declining demand.Next, we move to product-level analysis. You will learn how to build a clear product overview (purpose, target audience, key features, value proposition) and assess design and usability using UI/UX and accessibility criteria. We then examine performance and reliability, looking at speed, durability, scalability, uptime, and fault tolerance, supported by concrete examples such as fitness apps, food delivery platforms, and streaming services. The course then focuses on features, innovation, and product quality indicators. You will distinguish between general, individual, and indirect quality metrics, and see how they affect demand, pricing, and profitability. Finally, we cover economic and structural analysis: assortment planning, cost and pricing analysis and the impact of product structure on revenue and profit.By the end of the course, you will be able to apply a rigorous, quantitative and qualitative framework to evaluate any product, identify weaknesses, and formulate data-driven recommendations for improvement and market positioning.
