Anxiety can affect your thoughts, body, sleep and confidence. Overall, it can affect your ability to enjoy life. I bring my 14 years of client work, over thousands of sessions, into this course.
This course is designed to help you reduce anxiety safely, gently, and effectively, using a practical blend of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), hypnotherapy, and proven calming tools you can use anytime, anywhere. It also encourages you to understand more about your triggers for anxiety and brings a feeling of safety through the various information and processes included.
Whether your anxiety feels constant, situational, or comes in waves, this course will guide you step by step toward feeling calmer, more grounded, and more in control. We take a solution-focussed approach.
You'll learn how anxiety actually works in the mind and through the body. Importantly, it teaches you how to work with your body instead of fighting it.
This is not about "thinking positive" or forcing yourself to relax. It's about learning techniques that help your system feel safe enough to calm down naturally.
