Grace Jones - Disco (2015) High Fidelity Pure Audio Blu-ray

Despite the expensive four-LP vinyl box and the cute three-CD collection, perhaps the most exciting format the forthcoming Grace Jones Disco set is being released on is the blu-ray audio, which is now available to pre-order.
Disco, or ‘The Disco Years’ as Amazon keep insisting on calling it, contains newly remastered versions of Jones’ first three Island Records albums, namely Portfolio (1977), Fame (1978) and Muse (1979). What’s so good about the blu-ray is that for once the large capacity of the format is being utilised and this contains the entire 43-tracks in the CD box – including all 21 bonus tracks – all in glorious hi-res stereo.

Big Big Train - The Likes Of Us (2024) Blu-ray Audio

'The Likes Of Us' will be released on several different formats, including for the first time as Dolby Atmos and 5. 1 mix by The Pineapple Thief's Bruce Soord, while the stereo mixes were undertaken by the band's regular engineer Rob Aubrey and Alberto Bravin. The Dolby Atmos mix will come as part of the Limited CD & Blu-ray Mediabook edition that also contains the album as 5. 1 Surround Sound & 24-bit high-resolution stereo. The album will also be available as a Gatefold 180g 2LP (available in black, sky blue, olive green and orange formats), Standard CD Jewelcase and Digital Album. The stunning artwork was created by the band's longstanding collaborator Sarah Louise Ewing, with layouts by Steve Vantsis. Besides marking the debut of our new frontman Alberto Bravin, 'The Likes Of Us' also heralds the beginning of our new relationship with InsideOutMusic, having self-released our music for almost two decades.

George Michael - Faith [Super Deluxe Edition, SDE exclusive] (2026) Blu-ray Audio

George Michael’s classic 1987 debut album Faith is being reissued early next year with formats including an SDE exclusive blu-ray audio with a Dolby Atmos Mix and 13 bonus tracks.
Faith’s commercial success was incredible. It topped the charts in over 10 countries, including the UK and the USA, and spawned four Billboard Hot 100 No 1 singles (‘Faith’, ‘Father Figure’, ‘One More Try’ and ‘Monkey’). It won album of the year at the Grammy Awards in early 1989 and has sold a reported 25 million copies worldwide.
As with the Wham! SDE blu-rays of 2024, the Dolby Atmos Mix (and 5.1 mix) has been created by the album’s original engineer, Chris Porter. The following audio streams are included on the Faith SDE exclusive blu-ray (the stereo mix is newly mastered).

Roxy Music - Avalon (1982/2025) Blu-ray Audio

Roxy Music’s classic 1982 album, Avalon, will be the next release in the SDE Surround Series of blu-ray audios with Dolby Atmos mixes.
The band’s swan song, Avalon was recorded between 1981 and 1982 at Compass Point Studios in Nassau, Bahamas, and features the Roxy Music’s final UK top 10 UK single, ‘More Than This‘. Title track ‘Avalon‘ was a top 20 single a few months later and the final single from the album was ‘Take a Chance With Me‘ which reached #26. Avalon topped the UK album charts for three consecutive weeks and sold a million copies in America.

The Pineapple Thief - It Leads To This (Limited Edition) (2024) Blu-ray Audio

Recorded September 2020 to July 2023, the record took shape slowly but surely as the band meticulously perfected their sound. Often guarded, "It Leads To This" keeps its ace in the pack up its sleeve, biding its time until all the right pieces fall in place, giving way to a beautiful, cinematic experience on every track. Conceptually, the record is Soord's efforts to better understand himself and the world around him.
One of the leading lights in Europe's experimental rock domain, The Pineapple Thief were formed in 1999 by founder and chief songwriter Bruce Soord. "It Leads to This" is their 14th studio album. The line-up has remained solid since 2016’s game-changing Your Wilderness: Bruce Soord (guitar/vocals), Jon Sykes (bass/backing vocals), Gavin Harrison (drums/percussion) and Steve Kitch (keyboards).
Whilst not only a phenomenal musician, Bruce has been instrumental in many stereo and immersive remixes of albums, being at the technological forefront and a 'go to' guy for 5.1 surround sound and Dolby Atmos mixing, he takes care of the mixing here for "It Leads To This".

Yello – Touch Yello (15th Anniversary Edition) (2025) Blu-ray Audio

For almost five decades, Yello have shaped the development of electronic pop music, which Dieter Meier (vocals) and Boris Blank (keyboards, sampling) left their mark on from the late 1970s with cult hits such as “Bostich”, “Oh Yeah” and “The Race”. With their collage-like signature mix of synthetic beats, organic sound bits and associative wordplay, the Swiss are constantly trying out new things, while to this day categorically refusing to be pigeonholed into any genre with a noncommittal smile. Shoulder-shrugging pop-culture diplomacy, with which Yello have set new standards in each of their creative phases: From avant-garde to ambient, from MTV to techno and from Dada to NASA, who recently commissioned Boris Blank to write the theme song for the presentation trailer of the James Webb Space Telescope.

The Creatures Of The Night 40th anniversary Super Deluxe boasts 103 total tracks with 75 tracks being unreleased. Newly remastered, the original album has never sounded better. CDs 2 & 3 features 34 demos, rarities & outtakes including unreleased gems like “Deadly Weapon (Penny Lane Demo),” “Not For The Innocent (Demo)” and “Betrayed (Outtake).” CDs 4 & 5 highlight 26 incredible, soundboard live recordings from the Creatures ‘82/’83 Tour and 7 super rare tour sound effects, all recorded and archived by the Creatures Tour sound engineer Harry Witz. The Blu-ray Audio disc showcases a first-ever Atmos and 5.1 surround mix plus the high-resolution newly remastered 1982 stereo mix of the original album.

A Farewell To Kings spawned the band’s first commercially successful radio hit “Closer To The Heart” & will see a 40th anniversary release. This set features 3CDs, a Blu-ray Audio disc with new 5.1 surround mix & three 1977 promo videos, plus four 180g LPs. The Hammersmith Odeon February 1978 show is now available for the first time as a complete concert, newly mixed by Terry Brown. Additional bonus tracks includes four cover songs from Dream Theater, Big Wreck, The Trews & Alain Johannes along with a studio outtake of the spacey sound effects from “Cygnus X-1” called “Cygnus X-2 Eh”. 40th anniversary package receives brand new cover art along with new illustrations for each song by Hugh Syme & 12,000 word liner notes by Rob Bowman. This boxed set features stunning new 5.1 Surround Sound and Stereo remixes of these albums by Steven Wilson and also includes a host of rare studio out-takes from the time. Significantly, the set gathers together new mixes of all the surviving live recordings made on the band’s September 1977 tour, the Sonic Assassins concert in December 1977 and a Hawklords’ concert from November 1978.
