I used to visit my grandma on her farm when I was a kid, and that's where I first learned about pickling and fermenting. Pickling and preserving produce from her farm and garden are among my first memories. I have retained my grandmother's love for pickling and fermenting and have continued doing this as an adult, and it's a lovely and delicious way to preserve the harvest from my homestead.
