WingTsun Technician Level 4 - Advanced Chi Gerk, Dummy and Traditional WeaponsWingTsun Technician Level 4 represents an advanced stage of WingTsun training and brings together several important training methods that deepen both technical understanding and physical development. The material in this course is designed for dedicated practitioners who have already built a strong foundation in the previous levels. One of the key elements of this level is Chi Gerk (Sticky Legs) training. Dummy training plays an important role in developing precision and reinforcing correct WingTsun structure.Another central element of this course is the Luk Dim Boon Kwan (Long Pole). The long pole training develops powerful body mechanics, stability, and whole-body coordination. The course includes the traditional form, practical applications, and specific strength exercises with the pole that help build the unique power required for this weapon. As an additional advanced topic, students will be introduced to the Baat Cham Dao (Butterfly Swords) form, one of the traditional weapon sets of the WingTsun system. This training helps practitioners further develop coordination, structure, and technical understanding.Technician Level 4 brings together advanced partner training, dummy work, and traditional weapon training, making it one of the most diverse and technically rich stages of WingTsun development. This course is intended for serious WingTsun practitioners who want to deepen their training and continue progressing through the advanced levels of the system.
