Description
In this course, we are going to build a complete, full-stack, production-ready invoicing web application from scratch using NextJs for the front-end, Convex for the backend, Kinde for user authentication, and TailwindCSS for our styling.
This course is ideal for you, if you are a JavaScript/React developer who wants to build full-stack web applications, and in the same breath, you should be familiar enough with React and JavaScript, that is, the basics of React and JavaScript, because we are getting into building immediately after the demo, as there is no refresher course section.
We will use convex because it is an easy-to-integrate, reactive database - which means that updates to either the back-end or the front-end will immediately show in the UI. We will use Kinde for user authentication instead of having to build our own authentication solution from scratch. All these services are free to use, and do not require a credit-card on sign up, so you will be able to follow along with the entire course without worry.
By the end of the course, you should be able to build and ship your own full-stack systems, and you will have a blueprint for building production-ready web applications. You will also have a project to add to your portfolio.
