Definition.The first lecture, Definition, establishes a foundational understanding of what constitutes a family business, its unique characteristics, and the economic impact of family enterprises globally.2. Governance.The second lecture, Governance, delves into the structures that uphold family businesses, including family councils, constitutions, and shareholders' agreements. This section also explores decision-making processes and conflict resolution mechanisms that ensure stability.3. Structuring & Succession.The third lecture, Structuring & Succession, focuses on strategies for ensuring the continuity of family businesses, addressing the transition between generations, ownership transfers, training & motivation of the NextGen and the role of family offices in wealth preservation.4.
