Requirements
A 200hour Yoga Teacher Training course is required prior to this 30 hour Yin Yoga course if you would like to TEACH Yin. You can, however, do this course for your own knowledge.
Description
Designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners, this course explores the foundational principles of Yin Yoga, including anatomy of connective tissue, meridian theory, mindfulness, and the energetic body. Through experiential learning, you'll gain confidence in sequencing, cueing, and holding space for stillness. Whether you're looking to deepen your personal practice or expand your teaching toolkit, this training will leave you grounded, inspired, and aligned.
This training is accredited with 30 Yoga Alliance YACEP hours and needs to be used in conjunction with a 200hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate if you would like to teach Yin Yoga. If you are just wanting to do the course for your own practice, then you are welcome to do so.

• Anatomy and Physiology; including Connective Tissue, Fascia and the Skeletal System.
• Meridian Theory as it applies to Yin Yoga
• In-depth look at Yin Yoga poses and Prop use.
• Principles of Yin Yoga.
• Sequencing, Teaching Skills and Holding Space
After this training you will be able to
• Confidently design and teach Yin Yoga classes that are safe and intelligent
• Understand connective tissue anatomy & nervous system responsiveness
• Adapt classes for different bodies
• Integrate meridian theory with functional sequencing
• Hold space with clear cueing and structure
