Created by Juno Award-winning bassist, producer, and engineer Justin Gray, Immersed celebrates artistry and collaboration, drawing on diverse musical influences that include jazz, Indian classical, and global music traditions.
Every sound on this album was performed, recorded, and produced with specific immersive intent. The result is an experience in which the Dolby Atmos mix isn’t a translation of the music; it is the music. The film’s stunning visuals connect the audience to the musicians in the studio, capturing the joy and intensity of the recording process in dialogue with dance, art, and the natural world.
