Als der Student Ken Richards (Andy Tienann) sich ein Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft in einer alten Villa mietet, ahnt er nicht in welche Gefahr er sich begibt. In der WG wohnen neben dem gehässigen Vermieter Woody (Mitch Pileggi) eine ganze Reihe merkwürdiger Leute: Jerry (Terry Evans), der nachts von qualvollen Visionen über blutrünstige Killer Hunde geplagt wird, Hundenarr Ike (Jonathan M.
