Am Tag nach der Invasion in der Bar (FEAST), schlagen sich die wenigen Überlenden in die nächste Stadt durch. Doch auch dort haben die Monster bereits gewütet. Als ob es nicht schon genug Probleme geben würde, taucht Harley Mom's Schwester auf und sinnt auf Rache für ihren zur "Monster-Granate" umfunktionierten Zwilling. Alle Überlebenswilligen müssen sich einmal mehr verbarrikadieren, denn es wird wieder nach allen Regeln der Splatter-Kunst geschlitzt, lebendig verspeist, enthauptet und mit Monsterschleim geätzt.
