Design your own secure encryption cipher
Ever dreamed of designing your own cipher? Free from all backdoors and NSA-crafted vulnerabilities. In this course we'll design our own, secure, 256 bit stream cipher with a 128 bit security level. We'll also write an implementation together, in C, and then perform differential cryptanalysis in order to verify that it is secure against the most powerful analytical attacks.
Prerequisites
To follow along in this project you need an intermediate level understanding of the C language. And a junior high school maths knowledge is more than enough for this course.
