Erich und Heinrich lernen sich an einem Freitagabend in einem Lastenaufzug kennen - zwei Typen, die sich von Anfang an richtig unsympathisch sind. Doch wie das Schicksal es so will, bleibt der Lift ausgerechnet jetzt stecken. Kurz vor dem Wochenende ist an eine baldige Rettung nicht zu denken. Während der Versicherungsvertreter Erich der beklemmenden Situation so schnell wie möglich entfliehen will, scheint der servil wirkende Richard an einem raschen Ausstieg gar nicht so recht interessiert.
Das hessische Komikerduo Gerd Knebel und Henni Nachtsheim begeistert als "Badesalz" schon seit Jahren eine stetig wachsende Fangemeinde. Der erste Spielfilm der anarchistischen Kabarettisten vergrößerte die Anhängerschaft noch - über 700 000 Besucher sahen sich "Abbuzze" im Kino an. Der groteske Witz des Badesalz-Gespanns funktioniert auf Zelluloid hervorragend. Ein umwerfender Klamauk (nicht nur) für Comedy-Fans.
